Below are a few of my yoga favorites! I use each regularly to practice yoga and meditation either on my own or in class.
As we come into savasana or resting posture, our body temperature can drop. If you feel a chill, your body will not be able to relax. A scarf or a blanket is key to keep yourself cozy and comfortable as you end your practice.
It only takes a few moments in this posture to soothe your achy feet and body. I like to open my chest while in this posture which increases energy.
